Our Mission:Princeton Children's Fund, Inc. serves to remove the economic obstacles that prevent Princeton Public Schools students from reaching their highest potential by providing equitable access to expanded learning opportunities and enrichment experiences that their families would otherwise be unable to afford. In providing these building-block resources, we strive to close opportunity gaps that disproportionately affect our economically- challenged students. Our holistic equity-driven, student-focused mission promotes student success in the classroom and opens doors to experiences beyond the traditional school day. Our goal is to promote an equivalent experience for all children in the

Princeton Mobile Food Pantry (PMFP)

Providing deliveries of fresh, culturally relevant groceries, essentials, and support.The families we support are connected to Princeton Public Schools, and we’ve forged strong bonds of trust and understanding with many of them over the years. They often juggle costly Princeton rents, familial obligations, and employment and health concerns,
​all of which are compounded by food insecurity.

Princeton Public School District.
As a collective voice that advocates for the rights of Black students within the Princeton Public School District, we believe in compassion in teaching; fair, equitable and just policies and discipline;
representation in curriculum, leadership, and staff; and racial literacy from Pre-K through high school.
We strive for equity at all levels and are dedicated to ensuring the opportunity for achievement of academic success for all students. Our goal is to create and sustain a safe and inclusive learning environment

​Because a child should hunger for knowledge, not for breakfast.
Why we do what we do …
Over 15% of the students in Princeton Public Schools are eligible for free or reduced-price lunches from the federal government. While such programs provide food for them during the week,
there is no support available on weekends, holidays, or during the summer months.

Eligibility for the free and reduced program doesn’t guarantee one is food insecure, but it is a major indicator. Additionally, there are families who may earn slightly more than
the program allows who may still from time to time be food insecure.
We know that poor nutrition and learning are at odds. When children arrive to school on Monday morning, they have a right to be properly fed and ready to learn and
